About The Owner

Hi! I'm Ray, a certified personal trainer whose unique journey in martial arts, bodybuilding, and fitness has been deeply influenced by my early years of training with my father. What sets me apart is not only my background in wellness but also my background in architecture. This combination led to "Body Architecture Fitness," a fitness emphasis uniquely infused with architectural design principles.
My journey began at 6 when I took my first martial arts steps alongside my father, a dedicated Tae Kwon Do practitioner. Under my father's guidance, I acquired not only the physical aspects of Tae Kwon Do but also the values of respect, discipline, and commitment that form the bedrock of martial arts.
At age 10, I transitioned to Shotokan Karate, a significant shift that allowed me to diversify my martial arts skill set. Here, I honed my skills in precision, controlled movements, and the art of kata, deepening my understanding of martial arts and its meditative aspects.
By 16, I was ready for another adventure and transitioned to Chinese Kung Fu. This new phase exposed me to this ancient discipline's intricate movements and rich philosophical underpinnings. Chinese Kung Fu deepened my connection to Eastern philosophy and spirituality while expanding my martial arts expertise.
Simultaneously, I was inspired by my father's passion for bodybuilding. At 18, I ventured into weightlifting and nutrition, following in my father's footsteps. What started as a tribute to my father's dedication soon evolved into a passion for wellness & fitness.
However, what truly sets me apart is my experience in architecture. I saw a unique connection between architectural design principles and the art of sculpting the human body. Both fields share fundamental elements such as structure, balance, and aesthetics.
This realization became the cornerstone of my fitness philosophy and birthed "Body Architecture Fitness." An innovative approach emphasizing building muscle and creating balance, symmetry, and proportion in my clients' physiques.
In "Body Architecture Fitness," clients will experience a holistic approach to fitness that is both effective and aesthetically pleasing. My knowledge of form, function, and aesthetics allows me to design personalized fitness plans that consider each client's unique body as a canvas for sculpting. With my expertise, I help clients achieve their fitness goals with a keen eye for the art of their transformation.
My fusion of architectural design principles and bodybuilding makes me an unorthodox trainer in the fitness industry. My approach showcases that fitness is not just about strength; it is an art form, and the human body is a masterpiece waiting to be sculpted.
Through "Body Architecture Fitness," my goal is to continue to inspire others to appreciate the beauty and precision of their bodies and to reinforce that the principles of architectural design can be applied to all aspects of life, including fitness and personal transformation, allowing my clients to reach new heights in their fitness journeys.
